Training manpower, is as main priorities and strategic plans of Negar Hak company.
For this purpose, almost 500 hours of training courses, in various subjects, and due to the need of the company have been held in 2020.
Holding training courses are scheduled and periodic every year. Holding such courses depend on thepersonnel’s demand and the authorization of the top leader of the company.
